Abstract:
The present invention relates to a difunctional hydrogel polymer composition, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a difunctional hydrogel polymer composition, comprising: a chitosan hydrogel polymer, transition metal ions and a compound of general formula (I), wherein ring A indicates a C6-C14 aryl; R1 and R2 independently represent hydrogen, and a linear or branched (C1-C30) alkyl with an end group substituted or unsubstituted by an amino group, provided that the NR1R2 contains at least one NH2 end group. The difunctional hydrogel polymer composition in the present invention has the characteristics of a high luminous intensity and long-time luminescence in the presence of an oxidizing agent. The composition can be used as a light source and used in biosensors, molecular microimaging, cell microimaging or biological sample analysis.
