Disclosed is a Digi-log door lock integrated with a lever. The Digi-log door lock integrated with the lever of the present invention comprises: an outdoor-side handle unit having a first handle body, which is provided on one side of a door to allow rotation thereon and is equipped with an authentication unit for user authentication; an indoor-side handle unit having a second handle body, which is provided on the other side of the door to allow rotation thereon; a latch assembly unit having a latch bolt, which performs opening and locking functions of the door by reciprocating the rotations of the outdoor-side handle unit and the indoor-side handle unit; and a locking adjustment unit which is positioned inside the latch assembly unit, and controls the delivery of the rotating force of the outdoor-side handle unit to the latch assembly unit, according to the result of confirmation of authentication through the authentication unit. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of being easily installed on both outdoor and indoor doors without damaging the existing door which is provided with a mechanical door lock.
