Abstract:
Provided is a commerce management device (1), comprising: a transaction history list; a sales performance quantity calculation unit (113) which computes a number of sales of digital content; a resale notification quantity calculation unit (114) which computes a resale notification quantity on the basis of a resale notification which a member has carried out for the digital content and which is recorded in a resale notification list for the digital content; and a price determination unit (112) which determines a transaction price for the next sale or resale by a mathematical function for calculating a sales price, said mathematical function taking as an argument a presumptive sales performance quantity which is calculated by subtracting the resale notification quantity from the sales performance quantity.
