Abstract:
[Problem] To create a file in which digital data and a certificate are integrated, and simultaneously perform content authentication for the digital data and the certificate. [Solution] A data authentication device (1) is provided with: an original data reception means (8) which is communicably connected to a user terminal and a timestamp provision device, and receives original data to be authenticated from the user terminal; an intermediate file creation means (9) which creates an intermediate file in which a certificate corresponding to the original data is entered and to which the actual original data is added; a timestamp request means (10) which transmits the intermediate file to the timestamp provision device; a date/time security information acquisition means (11) which receives, from the timestamp provision device, date/time assurance information containing a hash value and date/time information for the intermediate file; an authenticated file creation means (12) which creates an authenticated file by attaching the received date/time security information to the intermediate file; and an authenticated file transmission means (13) which transmit the authenticated file to the user terminal.
