A digital helmet for eye care, comprising a helmet body (1), a front helmet shield (2), and an adjusting mechanism (3) provided on the helmet body (1), wherein the front helmet shield (2) is slidably connected to the helmet body (1) by means of the adjusting mechanism (3). A multifunctional integrated circuit (12) is provided inside the helmet body (1). The front helmet shield (2) is provided with two vibrators (14) used for massaging the peripheries of eyes of a soldier. The front helmet shield (2) adjusts the positions of the vibrators (14) to the eyes of the soldier by means of the adjusting mechanism (3). The vibrators (14) are connected to the multifunctional integrated circuit (12) which controls the vibrators (14) to vibrate so as to massage the peripheries of eyes of the soldier. The digital helmet not only has bulletproof and anti-collision functions, but also can massage the peripheries of eyes of a soldier, thereby reducing the fatigue of the soldier and improving the combat capabilities of the soldier indirectly.
