Abstract:
This digital holographic imaging device comprises: an illumination unit 10 including an illumination light emission surface 32i for emitting coherent light with a predetermined wavelength as illumination light toward a specimen 1, and a reference light emission surface 32r for emitting the coherent light as reference light in the direction opposite the illumination light, said reference light emission surface being positioned at the opposite side of the specimen across from the illumination light emission surface 32i; and an imaging element 50 that is positioned on the reference light emission surface 32r side of the illumination unit 10, has a pixel array 51 comprising two-dimensionally arranged pixels, and is for imaging an interference pattern between the reference light and object light which is the portion of the illumination light modulated by the specimen 1 and passed through the illumination unit 10.
