Abstract:
In the present invention, an illumination unit 10 irradiates a specimen 4 with illumination light 12. An imaging element 20 includes a plurality of pixels disposed on a photoelectric conversion surface 22 in a two-dimensional manner, and captures an image of the intensity distribution of an interference pattern formed by illumination light 14 that was applied to the specimen 4. A control unit 50 controls at least either the spatial frequency of the interference pattern formed on the photoelectric conversion surface 22 or the incidence angle of the light incident on the photoelectric conversion surface 22.
