Abstract:
According to the present invention, a digital holographic reconstruction method using a single generation phase shifting method comprises the steps of: a) acquiring an object hologram of an object to be measured; b) generating a first phase shifted object hologram by separating and extracting, from the acquired object hologram, object light information having phase information of the object to be measured and reference light information having no phase information of the object to be measured; c) generating a second phase shifted object hologram by shifting a phase up to 90 degrees for the extracted reference light information; d) generating a third phase shifted object hologram by shifting the phase up to 180 degrees for the extracted reference light information; e) generating a fourth phase shifted object hologram by shifting the phase up to 270 degrees for the extracted reference light information; f) removing direct current (DC) information, direct current noise, and virtual image information by using the generated first to fourth phase shifted object holograms and a phase shifting method, thereby extracting phase information of the object to be measured; and g) compensating for phase information distorted in the extracted phase information, and calculating quantitative thickness information of the object to be measured by using the compensated for phase information, thereby reconstructing three-dimensional shape information and the quantitative thickness information of the object to be measured.
