Abstract:
A digit hydraulic control system for azimuth control of a heliostat. The system comprises: a hydraulic auxiliary element (1), a hydraulic power element (2), a digital hydraulic motor (3), and a heliostat azimuth motion mechanism (4). The hydraulic auxiliary element (1) ensures the normal operation of the digital hydraulic motor (3). The hydraulic power element (2) provides a high-pressure oil source for the digital hydraulic motor (3). The digital hydraulic motor (3) is used for controlling the motion of the heliostat azimuth motion mechanism (4). In the control system, the digital hydraulic motor (3) is used for controlling the heliostat azimuth motion mechanism (4) of the heliostat, so that the azimuth of the heliostat is fully vectorized and digitized, the debugging difficulty is reduced, the debugging period is shortened, the requirement for the cleanliness of hydraulic oil is reduced, no adjustment of system parameters is needed during long-term use, and a high positioning precision is achieved.
