CLAIMS

1- The invention is related to a digital logistic management program and hardware system operating as a web and Smartphone application providing the efficient, measureable, reportable, and controlled management of vehicles providing logistic services characterized by being formed in two parts as application and hardware.

An application which can track both the tow truck and the trailer according to claim 1, characterized by comprising 4 types of users logistics manager, goods acceptance (delivery point), seller (owner of goods) and driver (driver of vehicle) which interact with each other via the application.

3- Hardware according to claim 1, characterized by comprising;

1 motherboard (for tow truck)

1 motherboard (for trailer)

1 screen or tablet,

1 fingerprint (driver ID),

At least 1 temperature sensor (for trailer, wireless),

1 trailer door lock system and component,

1 tautliner tensioning and locking cable,

1 trailer cover open-cover closed warning,

1 breathalyzer device (face recognition/fingerprint),

1 fuel measurement sensor,

1 impact sensor (inside motherboard case),

1 driver fatigue sensor,

At least 1 tire control sensor,

1 4G mobile modem,

At least 1 weight sensor,

1 trailer, tow truck automatic sync module (receiver) (inside motherboard case), - 1 trailer, tow truck automatic sync module (receiver) (inside motherboard case),

- 1 park sensor module.

An application according to claim 1, characterized by being able to use a logimeter application integrated with a hardware system, which guarantees the freight price of the seller in another version of said application.

SYSTEM

Technical Field

The invention is related to a digital logistic management program and hardware system operating as a web and Smartphone application providing the efficient, measureable, reportable, and controlled management of vehicles providing logistic services for legal entities and individuals.

Prior Art

Although delivery services seems to be easier by means of developed technology and delivery portals, these procedures are still carried out by bringing together the buyer- seller and/or freight company-goods owner parties.

At present, problems such as finding delivery vehicles, conflicts relating to delivery prices, uncertainty of the commission fees paid to intermediaries, unrecorded payments, delay in delivery of products, product control and safety, personnel efficiency analysis and control, inefficient usage of vehicles within a company, errors arising from absent data in reports prepared by logistic companies, cold chain tracking, real-time vehicle tracking, communication between the seller and the buyer, organization problems during goods acceptance are faced frequently.

Freight/vehicle tracking can be carried out besides service procurement processes with the delivery portals used in the present technique/art. Service procurement and tracking is limited in present systems, and a portal which brings together parties on the same platform and at the same time provides instantaneous access to all information and tracking services and provides control is not available. The present portals only bring the parties together but they do not provide any follow up reporting, tracking, analysis etc. Object of the Invention

The users defined as the logistics manager, goods acceptance (delivery point), seller (owner of goods) and driver (driver of vehicle) shall interact with each other via the application in our system developed to overcome the disadvantages and short backs encountered in the present art/technique.

In the system subject to the invention the seller and buyer shall be able to send each other offer simultaneously. When the seller accepts the suitable price, the contract is started and the status of the vehicle shall be able to be tracked on the map such as the travel of the vehicle via the application, using the position information that is submitted from the logi hardware located on the vehicles, sensor values, other parameters and API data. Additionally the tracking of the route to the warehouse to which the products will be delivered, violation of the route, time of arrival and temperature control, and acceleration (sudden movements of the vehicle, impact, notification if there is fragile cargo in the vehicle) shall be able to be tracked in accordance with the same data.

By means of the system subject to the invention the real time information on where the shipment is from the point of loading by the seller until the delivery point shall be able to be tracked and warnings such as route violations, aggressive driving etc shall be obtained and will be submitted on time to the driver. As a result the return of the goods by goods acceptance at the delivery points due to delayed delivery as a result of the mistakes of the delivery companies and the loss on our national capital will be prevented.

With the application, it is aimed to bring together the seller and the freight company on a platform and to prevent the commissioners from submitting offers to the seller by increasing the offer price received from the freight company. It has been aimed to eliminate commissioners that are earning undeserved profit by means of the application. The system subject to the invention aims to make usage easier for all users by eliminating the disadvantages and setbacks that are being faced in present applications and aims to organize the logistic sector and to save time and profit. Description of the Invention

The digital logistic management program and hardware system subject to the application is formed of two parts, namely the application and the hardware.

In our application 4 types of user records can be created; such as the logistics manager, goods acceptance (delivery point), seller (owner of goods) and driver (driver of vehicle).

The logistic manager is formed of the segments mentioned below.

• New user registration

• Profile

• Job orders

• Scoring

• Balance screen

• The driver’ s performance report (The best driver can be listed according to the criteria within the time criteria that can be filtered, such as number of jobs, travel distance in km, hours of vehicle usage, score etc.)

• Vehicle fuel consumption

• Shipment reports (including prior reports)

• Real time tracking on the map (the vehicles that are delayed, stopping or vacant can each be filtered and will be shown with different colors).

• Job orders; announcements given by the seller (goods owner) shall be submitted as notification to the management panel if a vehicle of the logistics company is available in the vicinity and an offer by selecting a vehicle and driver if selection is available in the region for which the announcement has been made shall be submitted (the driver that has used the vehicle last shall be displayed together with the vehicle, however another driver can be assigned if desired), if the offer submitted is accepted, the job will be displayed on the screen of the driver as a job order and at the same time a notification message shall be sent as sms to the registered mobile number of the driver.

The hardware of the device comprises;

1 motherboard (for tow truck)

1 motherboard (for trailer)

1 screen or tablet (for driver matching, warnings, job command screen and route) 1 fingerprint (driver ID),

1 or more temperature sensors according to requirement (for trailer, wireless),

1 trailer door lock system and component,

1 tautliner tensioning and locking cable,

1 trailer cover open-cover closed warning,

1 breathalyzer (alcoholmeter) device (face recognition/fingerprint),

1 fuel measurement sensor,

1 impact sensor (inside motherboard case),

1 dirver fatigue sensor,

1 or more tire control sensors (information submitted when tire of the vehicle is disassembled)

1 4G mobile modem, 1 or more weight sensor (shall be weighed instantaneously before the vehicle enters the weighbridge)

1 trailer, tow truck automatic sync module (receiver) (inside motherboard case),

1 trailer, tow truck automatic sync module (receiver) (inside motherboard case),

1 park sensor module (to be mounted to the trailer of the truck and which prevents crashing when closing in on ramps)

The application is able to follow both the tow truck and the trailer. The tow truck and the trailer are able to automatically sync with each other. Otherwise a system can be installed only for the trailer.

The motherboard comprises, Tire Removal Warning System, Breathanalyser System (if alcohol is higher than the legal alcohol limit, the vehicle engine is turned off), Route Deviation Sensor (If the vehicle deviates from the route, the driver is warned by the tablet and if the determined speed is exceeded, when 0 km speed is reached at any time after that, the vehicle engine is turned off), Park Sensor, Acceleration-Impact Sensor (Sudden braking and Sudden Acceleration), Trailer Locking System, Tautliner Locking System, Driver Fatigue Detection System, Fuel Tracking and Fuel Consumption (the fuel consumption rates shall be recorded as vehicle logs and consumption rates can also be seen on driver records) (recording refueling locations), Temperature Sensor Module (warning if determined temperature is exceeded or receded), Gps Module, Gprs Module, Vehicle Tracking Module, Door Open/Door Closed Warning, Remote (from Program) Open/Close Headlights-Hom SD Card Module (during an accident this shall be used as a black box) and Trailer Flap Open/Closed Warning Module.

After the loading of the vehicle is completed, the doors of the vehicle (trailer) shall be able to be locked from the inside, without requiring external intervention on the locking system located at the area where the cargo is present, as a result of a command submitted via the system installed in the vehicle. When the vehicle arrives at the destination point, the doors shall be automatically opened by the system (the doors can also be opened by pushing in the special code on the controller in the vehicles by means of the code created according to the route of the vehicle obtained from the logi management, in the case that the internet being cut off).

By means of the temperature and humidity sensors integrated on the system of our vehicles, the changes in temperature and humidity inside the vehicle can be tracked online in real time.

The system enables to create data records of the personnel working in logistic companies. The company employee who will use the vehicle will be able to sync with the vehicle through the identification screen (fingerprint) connected to the system. Therefore a personnel performance evaluation report can be created. By means of the Scoring and CV application, the CV of the driver shall be created and the driver can be selected in future from the system. Moreover drivers can also find jobs in logistic companies via the system by real scores.

The locations where the vehicle has taken fuel, including fuel tank control, instantaneous fuel consumption of the vehicles shall be able to be tracked and reported via the system. As a result the tracking and reports of fuel tanks can be carried out if the personnel, the vehicle and the fuel tanks belong to the logistic company.

If route deviation is carried out, warnings shall be submitted including various options for re-routing by the system on a warning screen to the authorized person and the delivery company. If the vehicle continues to travel on the wrong route although there is not extraordinary situation, the system shall activate the engine blocking system as soon as the vehicle comes to a stop and reaches 0 km. If an instruction is not received the command to restart the engine shall not be submitted to the vehicle and as a result the vehicle cannot be started.

The delivery and goods acceptance and loading points can be observed via the application and the travelling vehicles can be tracked real time on the map. As a result the warehouse goods acceptance unit shall be able to line up the goods to be accepted according to delivery times. The warehouse personnel shall be able to be directed functionally by means of the system and the application, and the disorders faced on goods acceptance ramps of warehouses will be minimized. Retroactive reporting including deliveries that have priority can be conducted by means of filtering on the goods acceptance map screen.

The owner of the goods shall be able to submit an evaluation via the system to the company employee or the driver driving the vehicle following the completion of the goods acceptance process by means of said system.

An offer shall be submitted via the logimeter application, to the vehicles that are the closest and that are available when the owner of the goods request a delivery service. The system will prepare an estimated expense report comprising daily currency, fuel, toll fees and other items and the freight company shall be able to take into account the costs prepared by the system when making an offer. When the companies submit the offer the user shall examine the received offers by filtering the amount, score and km to be travelled and the user shall be able to determine the most suitable vehicle.

In a different version of the application, connection to the application and logimeter application shall be able to be carried out by using API data to be received only from vehicles. Some of the add-ons provided in the Hardware system is not integrated to this version. In said version add ons where delivery times are determined, route control and detection of route deviation is carried out, and where job finding and business organization of individual freight companies is carried out shall be available.

In another version of the application a logimeter application which shall operate as being integrated to the hardware system shall be able to be used. In this application the seller and the logistic company shall be able to benefit from all of the features of the hardware system (temperature sensor, trailer door lock, acceleration/impact sensor etc.). A separate device shall not be installed for the logimeter. While the seller is tracking a vehicle with the logimeter, the total amount of the cost including 10% addition to the total cost shall be blocked by the system until the vehicle reaches the delivery point and this blocked amount shall be collected in a pool by the logi, and following the completion of delivery, the payment shall be transferred to the account of the freight company within 1 working day, and as a result the freight company shall guarantee the freight payment by means of the logimeter. The cost of the route shall be calculated by taking into basis the motorways used and distance travelled in km etc., and the actual expense shall be collected from the seller including real km and motorway costs incurred by the vehicle along its route.

The logimeter guarantees a fixed fee to the seller and also guarantees the freight charges of the freight company and its payment on the defined date. At present freight companies sometimes cannot collect their freight charges. Logimeter shall eliminate such problems and shall organize the logistic sector.

At present freight charges vary a lot. A fixed price guarantee cannot be given and this also creates a problem for the seller.

Cost calculation;

Km : Travelled distance in kilometers

Yk% : Amount of fuel consumed in 100 km according to the load/freight of the vehicle.

Af : Current price of fuel

Ml% : % definition of items such as Motorized vehicle tax, Insurance, Tires, Accumulator, Maintenance, Depreciation, Profit

Example: Let's assume that 1.000 Km distance, with 25 Ton Load and 35% Luel rate, is Diesel 6,35Lt/TL.

[(1000 * 35%)*6,35] = 2.222,50 TL 2.222,50 TL * 30% = 666,75 TL

Motorway and Bridge= 186,00 TL

DELIVERY PRICE = 3.075,25 TL

Will change according to freight. There will be 2 types of freight, one will be 10.000kg and the other will be 20.000 kg and separate calculations will be made for each freight, for example 25% up to 10,000kg and 30% up to 20.000kg

The cost, depreciation, profit etc, will change according to distance travelled in km, for example 40% for a vehicle travelling 100 Km and 30% for a vehicle travelling 1000 km, etc.

The profit margin will change according to urgent delivery request of the freight.

The usage of the trailer as cold chain or not will automatically affect the cost.

When the freight company exceeds 24 hours at the delivery point, a cost shall be incurred in TL for each day (24 hours) following the initial 24 hours.

The costs vary in accordance with trailer/load type.

Industrial application of the Invention

The digital logistic management program and hardware system can be used according to preference and requirements in the logistic sector.
