Abstract:
According to the present invention, a digital phase-shift circuit comprises a signal line that extends in a prescribed direction, two inside lines that are arranged on one side and the other side of the signal line at exactly a prescribed distance from the signal line, two outside lines that are provided on the one side and the other side at positions that are further than the inside lines from the signal line, a first ground conductor that is electrically connected to each of the inside lines and the outside lines at one end thereof in the prescribed direction, and a second ground conductor that is electrically connected to the outside lines at the other end thereof in the prescribed direction. A multilayer structure is formed between the outside lines and the inside lines at one or both of the first ground conductor and the second ground conductor.
