Abstract:
In the present invention, a connection unit comprises: a first connection line that connects a signal line of a first digital phase-shift circuit and a signal line of a second digital phase-shift circuit; a second connection line that connects an inner line of the first digital phase-shift circuit and an inner line of the second digital phase-shift circuit; a ground layer disposed over and under the first connection line and the second connection line; and a first via hole connecting at least the second connection line and the ground layer.
