Abstract:
The present application relates to a digital powder distribution nozzle capable of handling a large power amount and having greater powder adaptability, which comprises a control system, a powder storage hopper, a wire arrangement plug, a powder storage base, a nozzle bottom plate and multiple vibratory powder spraying assemblies. The bottom portion of the powder storage base is mounted on the nozzle bottom plate. A powder storage cavity is formed in the powder storage base. A first feeding port is formed at the top of the powder storage seat. A second feeding port is formed at the top of the powder storage hopper. The digital powder distribution nozzle capable of handling large power amount and having greater powder adaptability can distribute a large amount of powder, and adapts to a wide range of powder materials. The texture is highly controllable, the texture effect is natural, and the nozzle size is effectively reduced. The problems of existing powder distribution processes for full-body tiles that the powder distribution cannot be realized in large amounts, the adaptability to different powder materials is poor, the texture of tile blanks cannot be precisely controlled, the texture effect is unnatural and the nozzle occupies a large space are solved.
