Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of printing, and provides a digital printed blanket production method, for solving the problem of poor ink permeability in blanket production by digital inkjet printing, comprising: weaving pile yarns and ground yarns and carrying out slitting and inspection to obtain a gray fabric, carrying out shaping, primary calendering, brushing, secondary calendering, preprocessing, and drying and then performing steam pre-humidification, the humidity for front-side humidification being 65-70%, spraying slurry onto the gray fabric using a spraying machine, the slurry comprising a permeating agent and a thickening agent, and carrying out steaming and drying to obtain the sized gray fabric; next, performing digital printing, and then washing, dewatering, and drying to obtain the printed figured fabric; and calendering, shearing, primary brushing, secondary calendering, secondary brushing, cutting, and packaging the printed figured fabric to obtain the digital printed blanket. In the present invention, the use of digital inkjet reduces wastewater and slurry produced during printing, lowers the consumption of water, electricity, and gas, thus saving energy and reducing consumption and emission, and enables ink to fully permeate the blanket, thus achieving a good printing effect.
