Abstract:
A quality calculation unit (18) contiguously executes a plurality of computation processes on digital data which is repeatedly inputted. An unexpected process execution unit (23) executes as an unexpected process a computation process which differs from the computation processes of the quality calculation unit (18). If the execution of the unexpected process is instructed from a protection relay (13), a quality adjustment unit (24) selects one computation process from among the plurality of computation processes which are executed by the quality calculation unit (18), limits the execution of the selected computation process, and has the unexpected process execution unit (23) execute the unexpected process for which the execution is instructed from the protection relay (13).
