Abstract:
An empty seat management framework is provided that is intuitively easy to use. A digital signage system according to the present invention includes digital signage, a digital signage control device that delivers information to be displayed on the digital signage, and communication slave units, wherein the digital signage control device has a detection means for detecting the number of vacancies in the shop facilities provided to users, and a delivery means for delivering to the digital signage empty seat information based on the number of vacancies in the shop facilities; the communication slave units are installed in the shop facilities as equipment to indicate the reserved state of the shop facilities when the shop facilities are reserved, and transmit to the detection means the identifiers of the reserved shop facilities and the number of users; the shop facilities are tables and seats of a shop provided for users; and the communication slave units are reservation boards disposed on the tables.
