Abstract:
The present invention can provide objective and near real-time information which is useful to a user for determining a store to use in a facility having a plurality of stores. A digital signage system used in a facility having a plurality of stores is provided with: digital signage; an information collection server which collects sales information for each of the plurality of stores; and a guidance provision server which, on the basis of the sales information, generates statistical information relating to the products or services offered by the plurality of stores, and provides the statistical information thus generated to users' mobile terminals. Information for accessing the guidance provision server is displayed on the digital signage. A user can reference the statistical information by using the access information from a mobile terminal 16 to access a guidance provision server 15.
