Abstract:
This digital signal processing device comprises: a waveform shaping filter unit that executes a digital filtering process for a reception symbol generated by performing an equalization process on a reception signal and that outputs the execution result; a candidate symbol generation unit that generates a candidate symbol assumed as a transmission symbol before modulation of the reception signal; a transmission line simulation filter unit that executes a digital filtering process for the candidate symbol and a determination symbol determined to be a transmission symbol in the past and outputs the execution result; a symbol likelihood calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the output from the waveform shaping filter unit and the output from the transmission line simulation filter unit, the likelihood of a symbol value represented by the reception symbol; and a symbol determination unit that determines the transmission symbol on the basis of the likelihood of the symbol value calculated by the symbol likelihood calculation unit.
