Abstract:
A digital-to-analog converter, a digital power amplification subsystem, and a digital power amplification system, the digital converter comprising: a first constituent branch and a second constituent branch. The first constituent branch comprises: a first switch (S1) and a first current source (IDAC1) connected in series. The first current source (IDAC1) comprises: a fourth resistor (RS1), a first field effect transistor (m1), a second field effect transistor (M2), and a second operational amplifier (AMP2). The second constituent branch comprises: a second switch (S2) and a second current source (IDAC2) connected in series. The second current source (IDAC2) comprises: a fifth resistor (RS2), a third field effect transistor (M3), a fourth field effect transistor (M4), and a third operational amplifier (AMP3). Thus, when applied in the digital power amplification system, the equivalent output impedance of the digital-to-analog converter is greatly increased, reducing the power supply rejection ratio of the digital power amplification system.
