Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a digital-to-analog converter for a quantum measurement and control circuit. The digital-to-analog converter comprises: an input register, which is configured to receive a digital signal and perform synchronization processing to obtain most-significant-bit digital signal data and least-significant-bit digital signal data; a thermometer decoder, which is connected to the input register and is configured to receive the most-significant-bit digital signal data and convert same into a first digital signal; a virtual decoder, which is connected to the input register and is configured to receive the least-significant-bit digital signal data and perform delay processing to obtain a second digital signal; a most-significant-bit switch driving array, which is connected to a most-significant-bit current source array and the thermometer decoder and is configured to output a most-significant-bit control signal under the action of the first digital signal, so as to control the most-significant-bit current source array to output a most-significant-bit current signal; and a least-significant-bit switch driving array, which is connected to a least-significant-bit current source array and the virtual decoder and is configured to output a least-significant-bit control signal under the action of the second digital signal, so as to control the least-significant-bit current source array to output a least-significant-bit current signal, wherein the current signals act on a load to generate a voltage signal.
