Abstract:
A digital twin system, a construction method, and a vehicle-mounted air conditioner optimization and service life prediction method, for use in solving the problem that existing parking air conditioners cannot detect in time the risk that parts are about to break and cannot quickly and effectively avoid the breakage of the parts in using. A construction method for the digital twin system comprises: first constructing a bench test system, a multibody dynamics model, and a finite element analysis model according to a vehicle-mounted air conditioner and a vehicle, acquiring load spectrums of the vehicle in different roads, loading the load spectrums to the bench test system and the multibody dynamics model, comparing detection results to optimize the multibody dynamics model, acquiring a power spectral density of a mounting position of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner by means of the multibody dynamics model, loading the power spectral density to the bench test system and the multibody dynamics model, and optimizing the finite element analysis model according to a detection result. The digital twin system participates in optimal design and service life prediction of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner.
