Abstract:
The present invention has: an input means for inputting first image data; a marker means for adding a marker onto an image indicated by the first image data, or calculating the position coordinates of a feature point of the image, a local feature quantity detected from the position coordinates of the feature point, and the position coordinates of four vertexes of the image and causing the position coordinates of the feature point, the local feature quantity, and the position coordinates of the four vertexes to be stored in a storage area; a dividing means for dividing the image into a plurality of block areas; a superpositioning means for correlating a set of two or more adjacent block areas and each bit representing digital watermark information to each other, and creating for each set an image in which one of a first block group and a second block group is filled with a prescribed color in accordance with the value of a bit correlated to the set; and an output means for outputting second image data that indicates the filled image.
