The present invention relates to a dilator suitable for cervical or anal dilation, comprising: a head part; a volute spring structure; and a rotation means connected to the volute spring structure to rotate the volute spring structure, wherein the volute spring structure increases and decreases in diameter as the length thereof changes through the rotation of the rotation means.
