Abstract:
The problem to be solved by the present invention is efficiently depositing, on drawn yarn, a diluent of a treatment agent for drawn interlaced yarn while inhibiting reductions in energy efficiency. The diluent of a treatment agent for drawn interlaced yarn contains a treatment agent for drawn interlaced yarn including a surfactant, and contains a volatile diluting agent. When the total content of the the volatile diluting agent and treatment agent for drawn interlaced yarn in said diluent is 100 mass%, the diluent contains the treatment agent for drawn interlaced yarn at a ratio of at least 30 mass% but less than 94 mass% thereof, to over 6 mass% but 70 mass% or less of the volatile diluting agent. Said diluent is applied to a spinning device that adds diluent to yarn at a site that is after spun yarn has been drawn but before the same has been wound.
