Abstract:
A direct call support device 100 configured so as to: call a voice communications terminal device 210 having the highest priority among a plurality of voice communications terminal devices 210 having an order of call priority set thereto, calling same if a press button switch 12 has been pressed on an in-car terminal device 110 that can be retrofitted inside an elevator car; and, if the call is not connected, transfer the call to the voice communications terminal device 210 having the next highest call priority after the voice communications terminal device 210 being called, among the plurality of voice communications terminal devices 210. As a result, direct communication between a person inside the elevator car and an operator at a maintenance management company can be achieved easily and inexpensively.
