Abstract:
In a direct conversion device comprising a converter and a plurality of inverters, while operating in synchronization with the converter, the substantial frequencies of the inverters are differentiated from each other, thereby improving the flexibility of selecting a carrier according to inverter load characteristics. An original carrier (C20) has a carrier frequency that is twice the carrier frequency of a first carrier (C1) used for controlling one inverter. The waveform of the original carrier (C20) is enlarged by two times centering around a value (drt), thereby obtaining a second carrier used for controlling the other inverter.
