Abstract:
A direct-current appliance, related to the technical field of electronic product production and manufacturing. The direct-current appliance comprises: a PCB (1), a battery pack connector (2), and a first mounting structure. The PCB (1) and the battery pack connector (2) are connected via the first mounting structure, thus allowing the PCB (1) and the battery pack connector (2) to form an integrated structure. The direct current appliance, by connecting the PCB (1) and inserts (21) of the battery pack connector (2) via the first mounting structure, implements a fixed connection between the PCB (1) and the battery pack connector (2); compared with a scheme employing a lead connection, the PCB (1) and the battery pack connector (2) form the integrated structure, obviated is a lead used for connecting, the need to additionally provide lead fixing elements such as a lead engaging groove and a lead pressing plate due to the presence of the lead is obviated, thus simplifying the internal structure of the entire machine, saving production costs, and at the same time, increasing production efficiency and product pass rate during mass production of the entire machine.
