Abstract:
This direct-current interruption apparatus has: an electrification path; a commutation element that has a first semiconductor switch; a second semiconductor switch; a conduction pathway; and a non-linear resistor. The electrification path is also a non-semiconductor device that is a series connection between a first switch that has a first pressure resistance and a second switch that has a pressure resistance that is lower than the first pressure resistance. The commutation element is a series-connection element that has one end connected to a connection node of the first and second switches and that is between an element that has charging and discharging functions and the first semiconductor switch. The second semiconductor switch is provided so as to be connected between the other end of the commutation element and an end part of the first switch that is opposite an end part that is on the side connected to the second switch.
