Abstract:
The invention relates to electromechanical engineering and can be used in the form of a traction electric drive for transport means. The inventive direct current motor comprising a stator, a tooth armature provided with a winding, a switching device, an excitation system, a feeding system and at least one armature provided with a winding in the form coil sections wound on the armature teeth and shunted by condensers, thereby reducing sparking. The electromotive forces (emf) of the coil sections are connected by pairs symmetrically and towards each other in the opposite winding paths of the armature, thereby partially compensating a counter emf. The poles of the excitation system are embodied in such a way that the magnetic field intensity gradients thereof are opposite in terms of the armature rotation angle in the working gap of the motor, thereby making it possible to control a rotation velocity within a wide range. The magnetic flux of the motor is closed on the longitudinal axis thereof and passes through at least one armature, thereby making it possible to increase the power of the motor without increasing the size thereof. The inventive motor can comprise two armatures which are arranged on the same axis. The feeding system can be embodied in the form of an electronic pulse feeding system provided with a pulse-wide voltage modulation.
