Abstract:
A direct current motor, comprising: a motor housing (1); a motor shaft (2), extending in a front-rear direction and rotatably penetrating the motor housing about an axis thereof; a rotor (4), sheathed on the motor shaft and disposed in the motor housing; a stator (3), sheathed on the motor shaft and fixed in the motor housing; and a thermally conductive layer (32) fit to a printed circuit board in a multi-layer printed circuit board (31) structure. The stator is of a multi-layer printed circuit board structure, and each two layers of the printed circuit boards are electrically connected; the thermally conductive layer is connected to an inner wall of the motor housing or to an outer heat fin provided on the motor housing. According to the direct current motor, a radial magnetic force line direction of the traditional motor is changed into an axial magnetic force line direction, and a thermally conductive layer is disposed on a stator composed of multi-layer printed circuit boards, thereby effectively reducing the internal heat of the motor, and improving the efficiency, service life and reliability of the motor.
