A direct-current to direct-current conversion device (100), comprising a direct-current to direct-current conversion module (30) and a central control module (20). The direct-current to direct-current conversion module comprises a plurality of direct-current conversion sub-modules (M1, M2... MN); and input ports (a, b) of the plurality of direct-current conversion sub-modules are sequentially connected in series, output ports (c, d) thereof are sequentially connected in series or connected in parallel to one another, and drive ports (e, f) thereof are connected in parallel to one another, thereby correspondingly forming input ports (A, B), output ports (C, D) and drive ports (E, F) of the direct-current to direct-current conversion module. The central control module controls each of the direct-current conversion sub-modules so that same perform voltage conversion. By using a modularization mode, the direct-current to direct-current conversion device can realize the combination of various voltage input parameters and output parameters, and can use components with a small volume, thereby reducing the overall volume of the device and making same have a compact structure.
