Abstract:
A direct diode laser processing device is equipped with: a laser oscillator (11) that oscillates multi-wavelength laser light; a transmission fiber (12) for transmitting the multi-wavelength laser light oscillated by the laser oscillator (11); a collimator lens (15) capable of converting the multi-wavelength laser light transmitted by the transmission fiber (12) into collimated light; and a condensing lens (18) that condenses the multi-wavelength laser light from the collimator lens (15) and irradiates a workpiece (W). When the distance between the emission opening of the transmission fiber and the collimator lens (15) is d0, the distance between the collimator lens (15) and the condensing lens (18) is d1, the focal distance of the collimator lens (15) is f1, and the focal distance of the condensing lens (18) is f2, one of the following sets of relationships is satisfied. d0f1+f2 or d0>f1 and d1
