Abstract:
Disclosed is a direct-drive drilling machine or milling machine with an external rotor electric motor, the machine comprising a machine base, a machine stand (1), a mechanical drive portion and an electrical control box portion (11), wherein the machine stand (1) is mounted on the machine base; a mechanical transmission portion is mounted on the machine stand (1); the electrical control box portion (11) is located at the top end of the machine stand (1); the mechanical drive portion comprises an execution portion (12) and a lifting mechanism; the execution portion (12) is composed of a hollow shaft external rotor electric motor (22) and an output shaft assembly; an output shaft (23) of the output shaft assembly fits with a hollow shaft (34) of the external rotor electric motor (22) in a key or spline manner, and the choice regarding such a fitting includes the fitting types of transmitting the speed and torque of the electric motor and enabling the output shaft (23) to perform axial movement; a drill chuck (10) is mounted on the other end of the output shaft assembly; and a guide rail rack push rod (55) of the lifting mechanism is connected to a pressing sleeve (46) of the middle of the output shaft (23) to drive the output shaft assembly to axially move up and down.
