Abstract:
A direct-drive and multi-rail flexible conveying system and a control method therefor, the direct-drive and multi-rail flexible conveying system comprising annular bases (1), primary excitation type linear electric motors (2), power supply modules (24), power driving modules (25), position detection modules (26), and wireless communication modules (27). The primary excitation type linear electric motor (2) comprises a long stator (21) and a plurality of rotors (22), wherein the long stator (21) is formed by connecting a plurality of iron cores of a tooth groove structure, and is mounted on the annular base (1); and the rotor (22) comprises a short primary (28), the power driving module (25), the position detection module (26), and the wireless communication module (27), and the short primary (28) is of a bilateral structure, and is composed of a permanent magnet array (281) of an asymmetric structure, an armature winding (282), and a primary iron core (283). The power supply module (24) is composed of a power supply unit and a power receiving unit, wherein the power receiving unit is mounted on each rotor (22). A plurality of annular bases (1) are provided; and the rotor (22) is capable of operating in a rail transfer manner on different annular bases (1).
