Abstract:
The present invention relates to a direct driving-type drive module for a differential gear in an electric vehicle which is comprised so that a drive shaft of a drive motor can be directly connected to a drive bevel gear without a decelerator. The direct drive-type drive module for the differential gear in the electric vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: the drive bevel gear which is connected to the differential gear of a differential device so as to transfer driving force; a coupler provided on one side with a first connection portion, which is connected to the drive shaft of the drive motor, and on the other side with a second connection portion, which is connected to the drive bevel gear; a first bearing, which is installed on the coupler, and an inner wheel of which is supported by the coupler and an outer wheel of which is supported by a housing of the differential device; and a second bearing, which is installed on the drive bevel gear, and an inner wheel of which is supported by the drive bevel gear and an outer wheel of which is supported by the housing of the differential device, wherein the first and second bearings are supported by the surfaces of one side surface and the other side surface, respectively, with the housing at the center, and positioned so as to face each other. The direct drive-type drive module for the differential gear in the electric vehicle, according to the present invention, can easily respond to change in the drive shaft by the drive module connecting to the drive shaft through the coupler, and has the advantage of improved durability by a rotor of the drive motor that is unaffected by compressible or tensile load from outside force applied to the drive shaft, even when the drive shaft is connected to the drive bevel gear through a direct drive technique.
