Abstract:
A direct-type backlight module and an LCD device. The direct-type backlight module comprises at least two light sources (304,401,506); a diffusion plate (303,505) arranged above the light sources (304,401,506); a reflector plate (305,507) arranged under the light sources (304,401,506); and an optical film (301,403,504) arranged above the diffusion plate (303,505), with a plurality of through-holes (302,402) arranged at the corresponding positions between two adjacent light sources (304,401,506). The LCD device also comprises a liquid crystal panel (502) arranged above the optical film (301,403,504). Through the above manner, thinning of the LCD device can be realized in the condition of maintaining uniform brightness of the direct-type backlight module.
