Abstract:
A direction-changing tank type material distributing structure for preparing a superfine powder material, comprising a direction-changing cavity (1) and an air inlet pipeline cleaning rod (8); an air inlet pipeline (2) and an air outlet pipeline (3) are provided on the direction-changing cavity, the air inlet pipeline is communicated with the direction-changing cavity by means of an air inlet interface, and the air outlet pipeline is communicated with the direction-changing cavity by means of an air outlet interface; an inlet of the air inlet pipeline is connected to a front sequence device, the air inlet pipeline is provided obliquely upwards along the air outlet direction of the front sequence device, and an included angle between the axial middle line of the air inlet pipeline and the horizontal line is 15-75 degrees; an outlet of the air outlet pipeline is connected to a back sequence device, the air outlet pipeline is provided obliquely downwards in the air outlet direction, and an included angle between the axial middle line of the air outlet pipeline and the horizontal line is 15-75 degrees; an included angle between the axial middle line of the air inlet pipeline and the axial middle line of the air outlet pipeline is 30-150 degrees; and the air inlet pipeline cleaning rod is provided on the direction-changing cavity opposite to the air inlet pipeline. The material distributing structure can prevent the pipeline from being blocked due to accumulation of powder, such that the pollution to a product caused by a defective product entering a collector is avoided, and the waste is avoided due to the fact that a good product slides into a garbage can or a backflow device.
