Abstract:
The present invention relates to a directional microphone device comprising: a first substrate including a first sound hole; a first MEMS transducer positioned at the first substrate to correspond to the first sound hole, and outputting a first output signal corresponding to a sound input through the first sound hole; a second substrate including a second sound hole; a second MEMS transducer positioned at the second substrate to correspond to the second sound hole, and outputting a second output signal corresponding to a sound input through the second sound hole; a spacer positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate, and spacing the first substrate and the second substrate; and a signal processing unit positioned at the first substrate or the second substrate, and processing the first and second output signals applied from the first and second MEMS transducers, wherein the signal processing unit calculates a reception time difference between the first output signal and the second output signal to determine the direction of a sound, and controls output states of the first and second output signals according to the determined direction of the sound.
