Abstract:
A directly buried hot and cold water thermal insulation pipeline, comprising a hot and cold water transfer pipeline (1) and a composite thermal insulation layer coating an outer wall of the hot and cold water transfer pipeline (1), wherein the composite thermal insulation layer sequentially comprises, from inside to outside, a polyurethane foam plastic layer (2), a polystyrene foam plastic thermal insulation layer (3), a thermal insulation guard plate (4) and a high-density polyethylene wound housing (5). The directly buried hot and cold water thermal insulation pipeline uses polyurethane foam plastics and polystyrene foam plastics as the thermal insulation layer, and compared with a traditional thermal insulation pipe, the thickness of the thermal insulation layer is greatly increased, and the cost is reduced while greatly improving the thermal insulation performance. Moreover, in the directly buried hot and cold water thermal insulation pipeline, the thermal insulation guard plate is arranged between the thermal insulation layer and the high-density polyethylene wound housing, such that high-density polyethylene material extruded at a high temperature can be prevented from melting the polystyrene foam plastic thermal insulation layer.
