Abstract:
A disassembly and assembly structure of the handle of a pan comprises a handle shell (51, 52), a button (1) which is set in the handle shell (51, 52), an elastic part (21), a locking head (3), and a locking spring (4). The elastic part (21) is clashed with the button (1), and there is a notch (53) on the handle shell (51, 52). The locking head (3) is set in the notch (53) and clashed on the button (1), and the locking spring (4) is clashed with the locking head (3).
