[Problem] To improve safety, shorten the required safety distance from a road and a boundary to alleviate restrictions on a construction site and area, reliably protect against a nearby fire or the like, and avoid significant cost increase.　[Solution] A hydrogen station 10B is equipped with a dispenser 14 that supplies hydrogen to a vehicle. A sheet unfolding device 50 is arranged on the upper peripheral edge of the section to be protected that includes a dispenser installation area 14a, for example, on the peripheral edge of a roof 18 covering the dispenser 14, and holds a partition sheet 56 wound in a roll shape. When a fire occurs due to hydrogen leakage, the partition sheet 56 is unfolded by releasing the holding and dropping, the area around the section to be protected that includes the dispenser installation area 14a is partitioned, the release of flame and heat from the fire to the outside is suppressed, a fire extinguishing agent is sprayed from a fire extinguishing head 52 installed on the roof 18 side, and a cooling agent is sprayed from a coolant spraying head 62 to the sheet surface to enhance the flame-shielding property and heat-shielding property.
