Abstract:

The present invention relates to a disaster prevention system capable of compensating displacement of a skyscraper according to wind pressure. The disaster prevention system comprises: a displacement detection unit detecting displacement of the skyscraper; and a displacement compensation unit pulling the skyscraper in gravity direction if the detected displacement exceeds a reference value.
