Abstract:
Each protruding part 181, 182 of a holder 205 engages a securing flange surface 202A of a motor flange 202, thereby securing a motor 200 in the motor axial direction and the motor rotational direction with respect to the holder 205. Therefore, the size of a housing for accommodating the motor gear assembly as well as the size of a disc brake can be reduced without sacrificing the freedom of design for ensuring a tool path.
