Abstract:

A disc locking device, comprising a base (2), a brake clamping block (7), a clamping block on-wall supporting mechanism, a front baffle (3), a limiting cover plate (1), a roller pin sliding row (13) a brake triggering mechanism (10), and so on. The base (2) comprises a bottom plate (21) and two laterally-vertical plates (22) which are integrally arranged on the bottom plate (21); the two laterally-vertical plates (22) are oppositely arranged, and the inner walls thereof are all transverse slope surfaces, so that a wedge-shaped groove having a large front end opening and a small rear end opening is formed between the two laterally-vertical plates; and mounting holes penetratingly connected to the brake triggering mechanism (10) are formed on the laterally-vertical plates (22). The clamping block on-wall supporting mechanism comprises a front supporting mechanism and a rear supporting mechanism. Flexible movement and reliable braking of the brake clamping block and eccentric blocking of a brake disc are achieved, thus deformation of the device is eliminated, and erroneous braking caused by the eccentric rotation of the brake disc is avoided, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the device, meeting standard requirements, truly achieving productization and making it possible to apply and popularize the safety brake.
