Abstract:
A disc positioning device for a butterfly valve, comprising a body (1) and a disc (2) arranged inside the body (1). The positioning device is arranged between the body (1) and the disc (2) and the body (1) and the disc (2) are mounted and fixed by means of the positioning device. The positioning device comprises an upper shaft tube (101) and a lower shaft tube (102) which are arranged on the body (1), and an upper stem (3) and a lower stem (4) which are arranged on the disc (2), a movable end of the upper stem (3) penetrates through the upper shaft tube (101), and a movable end of the lower stem (4) penetrates through the lower shaft tube (102). The positioning device further comprises a copper sleeve (5) sleeved on the upper stem (3), and the copper sleeve (5) is connected to the upper shaft tube (101). The positioning device further comprises a bottom cover (6) arranged below the lower shaft tube (102), the bottom cover (6) is connected to the lower shaft tube (102), and the bottom cover (6) is rotatably connected to the lower stem (4); wall thickness adjustment units (7) for adjusting thicknesses are arranged on the bottom cover (6) and the copper sleeve (5). In the disc positioning device for a butterfly valve, the thickness of the copper sleeve and the thickness of the bottom cover are adjusted by using the wall thickness adjustment units, the adjustment precision is high, the purpose of adjusting the mounting position of the disc is achieved, the disc is adjusted to an optimal sealing state, and the sealing performance between the disc and the body is guaranteed.
