[Problem] Provided are: a disc-shaped tool which can be easily attached to and detached from a rotating shaft; and an electric tool provided with a disc-shaped tool. [Solution] A disc-shaped tool comprises at the center thereof a screw hole (30) for engagement with a rotating shaft (63) through screw threads. Through-holes (40) are formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction on a circle centered on the screw hole, and the interval (C) between at least some of the through-holes is set to a value which enables a pair of engagement sections (72, 72), which is provided to a tool (70) for attaching and detaching the disc-shaped tool to and from the rotating shaft, can be engaged with the some of the through-holes. In addition, the through-holes (40) are adapted to serve also as dust collection holes for collecting dust generated in use.
