Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of transmission in mechanical engineering, and provides a disc-type speed regulation magnetic coupler based on bevel gear drive, consisting of a driving disc assembly (I) and a driven disc assembly (II), wherein a speed regulation device is mounted on the driving disc assembly. By shifting a shift block (13), a shift block pin (12) fixedly connected to the shift block performs axial displacement along a straight slot of a driving shaft (10); due to the contact of the shift block pin and a skewed slot of a large bevel gear sleeve (9), the large bevel gear sleeve is driven to rotate axially; by meshing a plurality of small bevel gears (11) with large bevel gears on the large bevel gear sleeve, the rotation of the large bevel gear sleeve is converted into the rotation of a permanent magnet assembly (6) connected to the small bevel gears, thereby changing an average directly-facing area and an air-gap interval between the permanent magnet assembly part and a conductor loop (4), and also gradually changing an alternate arrangement mode of N and S poles of the permanent magnets to change air-gap flux density to realize the speed regulation process.
