Abstract:

A discharge device wherein a streamer discharge is produced between a discharge electrode (41) having a plurality of discharge portions (61) and a counter electrode (42) having a plurality of counter portions (62) respectively facing the discharge portions (61) is characterized in that a resistor (60) is arranged in a current path between a power supply means (45) and the discharge portions (61). The voltage applied to the discharge portions (61) can be reduced by this resistor (60), thereby suppressing sparks.
