Abstract:
Provided is a discharge device capable of improving the efficiency of active species generation. This discharge device comprises: a discharge unit (11) having tip parts (15A), that, when a voltage is applied, delivers a discharge from the tip parts (15A); an induction electrode (13) forming with the discharge unit (11) an electric field therebetween; and a second electrode (50) disposed between the discharge unit (11) and the induction electrode (13), whereto a voltage is applied, of the same polarity as the discharge unit (11).
