Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a disconnection detection apparatus that is capable of accurately detecting disconnection in a power distribution system. The disconnection detection apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a communication unit (12) that receives, through a multi-hop wireless communication, measurement data obtained by communication function-equipped meter reading terminals (7); a communication topology analysis unit (14) that analyzes the communication topology of each of the communication function-equipped meter reading terminals (7) on the basis of the measurement data; and a disconnection determination unit (17) that determines a state of disconnection in the power distribution system on the basis of the communication status of the communication unit (12). The communication topology analysis unit (14) determines that there is a possibility of power outage for the communication function-equipped meter reading terminal (7) that is positioned at the highest order closest to the communication unit (12) in the communication topology, among the communication function-equipped meter reading terminals (7) from which the communication unit 12 has been unable to receive the measurement data, and determines that statuses are not clear for the communication function-equipped meter reading terminals (7) that are positioned at lower orders than the communication function-equipped meter reading terminal (7) that has been determined to have the possibility of power outage.
